Hospitality Volunteers

Hospitality volunteers are essential to a successful Synod Assembly. The Hospitality team sets the tone of the Assembly from the time an attendee approaches the parking lot until they bit farewell at the end of the meetings.

Hospitality volunteers wear orange vests so they can be easily recognized in the meeting hall as well as the parking areas and driveways. The volunteers should be familiar with the building and facilities. They should be able to give directions to attendees and recommend parking areas and entrances to the Assembly Hall. Inside the Assembly meeting rooms, the volunteers should be able to direct attendees to the Registration area, coffee, restrooms, and office of the Assembly staff.
